Charter a Regal 400 Commodore Express Cruiser in Hampton for Up to 6 Guests

Captain and Mate take you out for your charter. Captain fee is included. Mate tip is at least 20% of the booking fee. Mate will assist in all aspects of your charter in addition to assisting with docking and anchoring. Your charter starts at the time listed. Late arrivals do NOT extend the end time/arrival back at the dock. This is not a fast boat - slow cruising in comfort. Fuel is included in the charter price based on a normal speed of about 10 mph. There will be a fuel surcharge for faster speeds. All illegal substances are prohibited and if found will result in charter cancellation without refund. Alcohol is allowed for guests over 21 (BYOB). No glass containers please. Sunscreen sprays are prohibited. Please bring lotions. Smoking is prohibited. Captain has complete authority and must be obeyed especially in emergency situations. Any abusive or drunken behavior will result in charter cancellation without refund. Any damages are responsibility of the charter guests. Weather can be unpredictable on the water - we will make every effort to get you out in safe conditions. Once the charter leaves the dock, there are no weather refunds. In rare instances where the captain cancels the charter at the time of departure due to weather concerns, there will be full refund minus any fees from getmyboat. We want your party to enjoy your time on the water so we will do our best to make it a great charter.
