Rental Terms - Weather: If conditions are unsafe—due to strong wind, rain, or fog—we’ll reschedule your trip or issue a full refund. Light marine layer or overcast skies don’t typically affect the experience. - Arrival & Timing: Please arrive 10–15 minutes early. Late arrivals may result in a shortened trip. No-shows will not be accommodated. - Children: Kids are welcome! Let me know in advance if children will be onboard so I can have proper life jackets ready. Children must be supervised at all times. - Swimming Option: Swimming from the boat can be arranged for an extra charge, weather and conditions permitting. Please request in advance so we can plan accordingly. - Pets: Small, well-behaved pets may be allowed with prior approval. Please check with me before bringing them aboard. - Shoes & Deck Rules: Soft-soled, non-marking shoes are allowed, or you can go barefoot on deck. No high heels or black-soled shoes, please. - Alcohol: You’re welcome to bring your own beverages—just no red wine, please, to protect the deck. - Music & Vibe: I’ll provide music as your onboard DJ, or we can enjoy the sound of the sea. This is a peaceful, relaxed cruise—no smoking or disruptive behavior, please. - Safety: A licensed U.S. Coast Guard captain will operate the vessel. All required safety gear is on board. Please follow all safety instructions while onboard.
