ABOUT THE BOAT This 2022 Bentley Pontoon Party Boat comfortably accommodates up to 15 passengers and is designed for ultimate enjoyment on the water. Featuring a spacious deck, plush seating, and a high-quality aftermarket Bluetooth stereo, this boat is perfect for any occasion. For larger groups, up to four double-decker pontoons are available, allowing for a total capacity of 88 people. WHAT’S INCLUDED Your rental includes a fully captained pontoon party boat, fuel, and a variety of fun amenities. Enjoy a 16-foot floating pad/mat, a floating beer pong table with cups and balls, an extra-large cooler filled with ice, and complimentary water bottles. The boat also features a premium Bluetooth stereo system for the perfect soundtrack to your trip. WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED Tips are not included, but are always appreciated. **Cancelation Policy** - **More than 10 days : Full Refund** : 100% Refund up to 10 days before booking start time. The Full Refunded amount **will** be refunded to the purchasing card. - **10 days or Less : Lose $200 deposit** : 10 days or less from the booking start time will lose the $200 Deposit. The remaining refunded amount **will** be refunded to the purchasing card. - **5 days or Less : Lose 50%: 5 days or less from the booking start time will lose 50% of the total rental price. The remaining refunded amount **will** be refunded to the purchasing card. - **Less than 48 Hours: 0% of the total** bill/cost is refundable less than 48 hrs. before the booking start time, unless for weather (see weather policy below). - **Weather Disclaimer:** THIS IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT! In the instance of unsafe weather, determined by ARB/Driver, customer will receive a refund of everything. - If the rental has started and weather and/or rain moves in and there is a cancelation due to unsafe weather then you will receive a refund for the amount of time not spend on the water/rental. **Damages** Any Damages to the boat caused by you or your guests will result in a charge for damages that can go up to $500 to the card on file. These are ANY damages to the boat through an action of **you or one of your guests** regardless of the captains instructions. If damages occur, $500 will be charged to the card. Any amount of damages less than $500 will be refunded to the card on file once damages have been assessed.
