50ft Luxury Catamaran – Rose Island, Gilligan’s Island & Green Cay

TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. General ● This agreement governs the relationship between us and the charter client(s) listed above. Payment of deposit constitutes acceptance of this contract and the terms herein. 2. Payment Terms ● Balance Due: 10 days before embarkation. ● Payment for add-ons also due with balance. 3. Boarding & Check-In ● Check-in starts at 10:00 AM on the agreed embarkation date. Vessel handover and safety briefing will be conducted prior to departure. 4. Pick-Up from Alternate Locations ● Guests can request pick-up from alternate marinas subject to: ● - Full balance payment ● - Client covering all additional dockage and marina fees. 5. Damage & Emergencies ● Any damage caused during the charter will be charged to the client's card. ● Clogged toilets: $400 per toilet. ● Emergency retrieval/pickup starts at $500. 6. Cancellations ● More than 60 days before charter: Loss of deposit (50%). ● 59 days or less: Full charter amount non-refundable. ● Add-on services refundable unless within 7 days of charter. ● No refunds due to weather-related itinerary changes. 7. Complaints & Incident Reporting ● Issues must be reported immediately to the captain or office for resolution. Post-trip claims must be submitted within 4 weeks of return.
