Plecana for family tourism, especially with small children. Separate cabin with shower and a comfortable sea toilet. Lack fully independent (water tanks up to 400l, kitchen, shower and sea toilet) - a small draft, high height in the cabin, makes it a barge for swimming on the Vistula and shallow waters. Is also located on the Elbląg Canal !!! Before rain and sun, the cockpit covers the visor. The roof also functions as a boot for seven bikes - for all travelers. In addition, the barge is equipped with everything necessary on the water, including set of ropes, anchors, buckets, buckets, warm sleeping bags and blankets for all passengers and binoculars. Near the Marina (about 100m) there are grocery / industrial stores (also open on Saturday and Sunday until late evening, which allows you to shop just before the cruise). • For an additional fee it is possible to start and / or end the trip in Elbląg (route No. 4) and in Gdańsk. • Standard charter lasts 7 days (and a multiple of 7 days) - from Sunday at 12.00 to Saturday hours 12:00 (we set shorter or longer rental dates individually). • Shopping can also be done in towns along the cruise route, a significant part of the shops (usually open until late at night) is located near the waterway If you have any questions, we can answer those through GetMyBoat’s messaging platform before you pay. Principles of Operating a Yacht by Chartering • Charterer undertakes to operate the yacht throughout the duration of the charter in accordance with the Owner's Owner's instructions, the Yacht Service Manual, read, sign and accept during the pre-flight training, applicable regulations and intended use, and good water sports practice. It is obvious that Charterer is not allowed to drive a yacht under the influence of alcohol, intoxicants or drugs that delay reactions. Charterer is under the obligation to exercise due care. • Charterer is not allowed to make changes in the equipment and construction of the yacht. • Charterer does not have the right to charter a yacht to third parties, and the yacht can be handed over to other crew members on his own responsibility. • Charterer is obliged to immediately report to the Owner or his representative any breakdowns, damage and accidents that have occurred on the yacht. The Owner takes all available steps to help the Charterer by calling for help or removing the breakdown. Charterer is not entitled to any compensation or refund of the charter fee for the reasons described above, as well as due to stoppages caused by breaks in the cruise, eg due to unfavorable weather conditions. • Charterer independently performs the basic activities of current, normal yacht operation, eg related to running, maintaining cleanliness, emptying the toilet, throwing garbage. Charterer is not allowed to exchange gas cylinders (only on the Weekend yacht) - these activities are reserved for the owner's representative.
