Please listen to their instructions and follow their lead during the trip. The captain has the final say on all safety-related matters. 🚤 While the Boat is in Motion For your safety, please remain seated while the boat is moving. Keep your hands and feet inside the boat. Avoid standing or moving around until the boat is fully stopped and anchored. 🍹 Alcohol & Responsible Behavior You’re welcome to bring and enjoy alcoholic beverages, but please drink responsibly. We reserve the right to end the trip early or refuse service if any guest becomes overly intoxicated or disorderly. The safety of all guests depends on everyone staying in control and respectful. 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Guest Conduct Please treat the boat, the captain, and your fellow guests with respect at all times. Any aggressive, reckless, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the trip ending early without a refund. 🛟 Life Jackets & Safety Gear Children are required to wear a life jacket while the boat is in motion. If you are not a strong swimmer or feel more comfortable wearing a life jacket at all times, please let us know—we’re here to help. 🌤️ Weather & Safety Adjustments If severe weather is expected, we may delay, reschedule, or cancel trips for your safety. Light rain or overcast conditions may not affect your booking, but we will always prioritize safety first. 🚭 Substances & Smoking No illegal substances are allowed on board. Smoking or vaping may be allowed in designated areas with captain approval—please ask first and be mindful of other guests. 🧊 Health Considerations Please let us know in advance if you have any medical conditions, injuries, or mobility concerns we should be aware of. We have a cooler available to keep your food and drinks cold, and shade on board to protect against sun exposure—but bring sunscreen, water, and towels to stay safe and comfortable.
