Renter must be 21+ years old with a valid driver's license. A valid photo ID and matching c card are required at check-in. Renter is financially responsible for any damage or loss. Reservations are final. No refunds, credits, or exceptions will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, or early returns. If we cancel due to weather or other operational issues, you'll receive a rebooking credit for the full value of your reservation. Boats must remain within designated areas of the harbor (no ocean use). A signed waiver is required at check-in. There is no smoking, fishing, swimming or docking. Food and drinks are welcome. Absolutely no red wine or hard alcohol but beer, white wine, seltzers and champagne are all okay! We recommend arriving 20 -30 minutes early since it is only street parking.
