1. TERMS OF USE - Renter must be 21+ and present a valid photo ID. - No smoking, fishing, or diving from the boat. - Life vests must be worn by all children under 13. - Maximum capacity: 12 guests without captain or ten with captain provided. - Renter agrees to operate the boat safely and responsibly and follow all harbor and Coast Guard regulations if not captained. 2. DAMAGE & CLEANING - Renter is financially responsible for any damage to the boat or marina property caused during the rental. - A security deposit of $500 is required and will be refunded if no damage is reported. - A cleaning fee may apply if excessive trash, spills, or stains are found upon return. 3. WEATHER & CANCELLATIONS - In the case of unsafe weather conditions (high winds, lightning, etc.), rental may be rescheduled or refunded at the Owner's discretion. - Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before to receive a full refund. 4. WAIVER OF LIABILITYDuffy Boat Rental Agreement & Liability Waiver I, the undersigned Renter, acknowledge that boating involves inherent risks, including injury, drowning, or property damage. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the operation of this rental boat. I hereby release and hold the Boat Owner, their agents, and representatives harmless from any liability, claims, or demands arising from or related to my participation in this activity. I agree to indemnify and reimburse the Owner for any damage, injury, or costs caused by me or any member of my party.
