Charter Policies Overview • Weather Cancellations: Safety is our top priority. In the event of unsafe weather conditions, the captain reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the trip. If we must cancel due to weather, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. • Late Arrivals & No-Shows: Please arrive on time. Charters begin at the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals may result in shortened trips, and no-shows are non-refundable. • Safety Considerations: All guests must follow crew instructions at all times. Life jackets are available for all passengers and required for children under a certain age. Alcohol is permitted in moderation, but unsafe behavior will not be tolerated. • Boat Rules: Please treat the vessel with respect—shoes may be removed upon boarding. • Payment & Cancellation: A deposit is required to secure your booking. Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance receive a full refund. Within 7 days, the deposit is non-refundable unless we are able to rebook the date.
