Rental Terms: - Captain and fuel INCLUDED in the price for cruising around Biscayne Bay, Haulover Sandbar, and nearby islands. - No smoking inside the cabin. Outside smoking allowed. - No red wine, dark juices, or staining foods on board. - No glass bottles (plastic preferred). - Charter will start and end at the agreed time. No extra time unless approved and paid before trip starts. - Any damages to the vessel, equipment, or upholstery are the responsibility of the charterer. - Rain Policy: If the captain deems the weather unsafe (heavy storms or lightning), trip may be rescheduled or refunded. Light rain is not a cause for cancellation.
