Booking & Cancellation Policies • Weather Cancellations: In case of unsafe weather (e.g., heavy rain, strong winds, storms), the trip may be rescheduled or fully refunded at the owner’s discretion. • Late Arrivals: A grace period of 15–30 minutes is allowed. After that, time lost will be deducted from the booking. • No-Shows: No refunds will be issued for no-shows without prior notice. Safety Considerations • All passengers must follow the captain’s instructions at all times. • Life jackets will be provided and must be worn when directed. • Intoxicated guests may be denied boarding or removed from the trip for safety reasons.
