Important Booking Policies To ensure a smooth and safe experience for all guests, please review our essential booking policies: Weather & Safety Cancellations - Captain's Discretion: All charters are subject to weather and sea conditions. The Captain reserves the sole right to cancel or postpone a trip due to unsafe weather (high winds, heavy rain, or rough seas). - Cancellation Options: If the Captain cancels the charter due to weather: - - We will work with you to reschedule your trip for the next available date. - If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund. Customer Cancellations & No-Shows - Cancellation Window: We require a minimum of 7 days' notice for any customer cancellation to receive a full refund. - Late Cancellation (Within 7 Days): Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled trip will incur a 50% cancellation fee (or forfeiture of the deposit). - No-Show Policy: Guests who fail to show up for their scheduled charter at the agreed-upon time and location will be charged the full charter price and are not eligible for a refund. Boat Rules & Safety - Safety First: The Captain is in charge of the vessel and all guests must adhere to all safety instructions immediately. - Life Vests: Life vests are available for all guests. Children under 12 must wear a life vest while underway. - Footwear: For safety and boat maintenance, only non-marking soles (or bare feet) are permitted on board. High heels are prohibited. - Smoking: Smoking (including vaping) is prohibited within the main cabin area. Please ask the crew for designated areas. - Intoxication: The Captain reserves the right to terminate a charter without refund if any guest's behavior is deemed unsafe or heavily disruptive due to intoxication. Late Arrival - Punctuality: We kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. - Trip Time: Charters start at the booked time. We may not be able to extend the return time for late arrivals, as it impacts other scheduled charters.
