Rental Terms – 2023 Axis A225 (Cass Lake, MI) Weather Policy: Safety comes first. If severe weather prevents safe boating, we offer free rescheduling or a full refund. Light rain or overcast conditions do not qualify for weather cancellation. Late Arrivals & No-Shows: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced rental time. No-shows are non-refundable. Fuel Charges: Boat is delivered with a full tank. Renter is responsible for fuel used and will be charged post-rental unless agreed otherwise. Safety Requirements: All passengers must follow U.S. Coast Guard safety rules. Life jackets are provided and required for all passengers under 13 or anyone participating in watersports. Damage & Cleaning: The boat must be returned in the condition it was delivered. Cleaning fees or damage repairs may be deducted from the security allowance. No Smoking & No Pets: To maintain cleanliness and safety, smoking and pets are not allowed on board. Watersports Use: Wakeboarding, surfing, and tubing are permitted. Please notify us if you’ll need additional gear or a captain.
