- Adverse Weather Conditions: Our tour may be canceled in the event of adverse weather conditions (such as storms, strong winds, etc.) that could pose a safety risk. In such cases, a full refund will be issued, or your reservation will be rescheduled for another suitable date. - Beverage Policy: For safety and operational reasons, bringing outside alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages onto our boat is prohibited. Beverage service is available at the onboard bar. - Meeting & Punctuality: We kindly request that you arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before your scheduled tour departure time. Our boat may not be able to wait for late arrivals, and no refunds will be given for cancellations due to late or no-show bookings.
