Important Charter Policies - Weather: Safety comes first. If the captain determines that weather or sea conditions are unsafe, the trip may be rescheduled or canceled. We will work with you to find the best available alternative. - Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled departure. Late arrivals may reduce your charter time, and the charter will still end at the originally scheduled time. - No-shows: No-shows or cancellations made outside the applicable cancellation window may be subject to the booking platform's cancellation policy. - Guests: Maximum capacity is 13 guests. All guests must follow the captain and crew's safety instructions. - Safety: The captain has final authority regarding navigation, weather, sea conditions, swimming, and all onboard safety matters. - Boat rules: No smoking inside the vessel. Please treat RNR with care and respect. Illegal activities, excessive mess, or behavior that creates a safety concern will not be permitted. - Alcohol: Responsible consumption is permitted where appropriate, but the captain reserves the right to restrict alcohol consumption if it becomes a safety concern. The captain and crew must remain alcohol-free while operating the vessel. - Cleanliness/Damage: Guests may be responsible for excessive cleaning, lost equipment, or damage caused by negligence or misuse.
