Additional Terms - Once your booking is confirmed, a detailed confirmation email along with your private charter contract will be sent shortly after. - Please be sure to check your inbox and spam/junk folder just in case- will be sent via Gmail from Adventure Cruises San Diego Leading up to your departure date, we will provide updates via DM and/or text to keep everything running smoothly and seamlessly. 🌴🛥️ Charter Time Your total charter time includes boarding and disembarking, so actual cruising time will be slightly less than the reserved charter duration. Captain Selection (Included in Price) We recommend selecting one of our approved captains for a smooth experience. However, as a legal bareboat charterer, you are entitled to select any qualified captain of your choice for the duration of your charter. A mandatory sea trial is required prior to departure for all non-approved captains. Weather Policy All charters operate weather permitting. Planned activities should be discussed directly with your captain upon boarding. We cruise rain or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe or extreme. If the charter must be canceled due to hazardous weather conditions, you may reschedule your charter at no additional charge. Footwear Policy For everyone's safety and to help protect the yacht, only soft, flat-soled shoes are permitted onboard. Hard-soled shoes, boots, high heels, wedges, and cleats are not allowed. We also do not recommend wearing only socks, as the decks can become slippery. Flat-soled athletic shoes, boat shoes, or other soft-soled footwear provide the best grip and are the safest option. Cancellation Policy - Cancellations 14+ days before charter: 75% refund minus processing fees - Cancellations less than 14 days before charter: No refund - Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Full charter amount is forfeited - GetmyBoat is a 3rd party provider. Please reach out to them regarding any payment concerns Rescheduling may be an option if the charter departure is moved to an earlier date. Unfortunately, departures cannot be pushed out to a later date. Any rescheduling request is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a charter due to unsafe weather conditions, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, guests will the option to reschedule at no additional cost. A 20% gratuity is highly recommended and sincerely appreciated by our hardworking crew who help create The Paradise Experience. 🌴🛥️✨
