Additional Terms - Charter Time: Your charter time is limited to the hours you have booked and paid for. Please arrive early — we do not extend for late arrivals. - Captain Selection: While we recommend using one of our approved captains, as a legal bareboat charterer you are entitled to select any qualified captain of your choice for the duration of your charter. A sea trial is required prior to departure for all non-approved captains. - Weather Policy: We cruise weather permitting. Please discuss planned activities with your captain upon boarding. We operate rain or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe or extreme. In the event we must cancel due to dangerous weather, you may reschedule your charter. - Cancellation Policy: - - Less than 14 days before departure: No refunds. - More than 14 days before departure: 50% refund of the total rental amount (excluding processing fees). - If the owner is able to fill your reserved time slot, a 100% refund will be issued (excluding processing fees).
