If conditions are unsafe, a full refund or reschedule will be offered. • Late & No-Show Policy: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced trip time with no refund. No-shows are non-refundable. • Safety First: Life jackets are provided and required for all passengers when advised by the operator. Instructions must be followed at all times for everyone’s safety. • Passenger Limit: Maximum of 2–4 passengers depending on conditions.
