Important Booking Policies & Boat Rules Weather Policy Safety comes first. In the event of severe weather (high winds, lightning, or unsafe conditions), rentals may be rescheduled at the owner’s discretion. Light rain or overcast conditions do not qualify for cancellation. Late Arrivals & No-Shows Rental time begins at the scheduled start time. Late arrivals do not extend the booking period. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the rental time may result in forfeiture of the booking fee. Safety Requirements All passengers must follow basic boating safety rules at all times. Life jackets are provided and required for children and during towing activities. The operator must be sober, experienced, and follow all local boating laws. Boat Use Rules No smoking, illegal substances, or reckless operation. Excessive damage, misuse, or failure to follow instructions may result in early termination of the rental without refund. The renter is responsible for any damage caused during the rental period. Fuel & Cleanliness Boat must be returned in the same condition as received. Fuel policies will be explained at booking. Excessive cleaning or refueling may result in additional charges.
