Cancellations by Guests - More than 60 days prior to departure: Deposit is non-refundable, but transferable to a future booking within 12 months (subject to availability). - 30–60 days prior to departure: 50% of total charter fee will be forfeited. - Less than 30 days prior to departure: 100% of charter fee will be forfeited. - No-shows or late arrivals: Treated as a full cancellation, no refund. Cancellations by Operator - If the vessel becomes unavailable due to maintenance, mechanical failure, or unforeseen safety concerns, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your charter. Guests will be offered: - - Rescheduling at no additional cost, or - A full refund of all payments made. - We are not liable for additional expenses (flights, hotels, transfers) incurred by guests. Weather Policy - Safety is our top priority. - Charters will not be canceled for normal seasonal weather (e.g., scattered showers, cloudy skies, warm winds). - In the event of a named storm, official harbor closure, or weather conditions deemed unsafe by the captain, the charter may be rescheduled subject to availability. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued. Safety Considerations - The captain has final authority to determine weather safety, itinerary adjustments, and guest compliance with safety protocols. - Guests must follow all safety briefings and crew instructions at all times. Onboard Rules - No smoking inside the vessel. - Illegal substances are strictly prohibited. - Guests are responsible for any damage caused by negligence or misconduct. - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
