CHARTERER must inspect the vessel and confirm all the safety and required equipment’s are complete and functional. The CHARTERER accepts the vessel in its current conditions and agrees to return the vessel in the same conditions. CANCELATION: All payments paid of your rental are 100% refundable 10 days prior to your reservation. 50% refundable 7 days prior to your reservation, after those 7 days there will not be any refund made by our company. CANCELATION EXCEPTION: If the day of your rental we determines that the weather conditions are not safe to navigate on a vessel a refund or rescheduling will be made depending on the CHARTERER decision of a refund or rescheduling. Please note that just rain isn’t a factor for cancelation.
