Boat Rental Terms and Conditions Rental Rates and Inclusions • Hourly Rate: $50 and the captain cost $130 per hour. • Inclusions: The hourly rate includes gas, water, and ice. • Captain Provided: All rentals come with a licensed captain provided by the rental company. Rental Agreement 1. Minimum Rental Duration: All rentals are subject to a minimum rental duration of 2 hours, and any extra hours will be $160 per hour . 2. Payment: Full payment is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Usage Guidelines • The captain is responsible for operating the boat, and renters must comply with all instructions for safety and adherence to maritime regulations. • The renter and all passengers must respect the captain’s decisions regarding safe operation, which includes stopping or altering the course due to safety concerns, weather conditions, or other factors. Cancellations and Weather Policy Weather Conditions Policy 1. Before Rental Start Time: • If the weather forecast shows unfavorable conditions (heavy rain, storms, high winds) before your scheduled rental time, you will have the following options: • Reschedule: You may reschedule for a later time or date at no additional cost. • Full Refund: If rescheduling is not an option for you, a full refund will be provided. 2. After Rental Start Time: • If the rental has already commenced and is then interrupted by rain or poor weather, the rental will be considered fulfilled, and no refund will be issued. Other Cancellations • Standard Cancellations: Cancellations for any reason other than weather should be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time may incur a 50% cancellation fee. Liability and Responsibility • Damage Liability: Renters are responsible for any damage caused to the boat or equipment due to misuse or negligence. • Personal Belongings: The company is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings during the rental period.
