Inclusions & Additional Costs The charter price includes yacht rental, a trained crew, essential fuel for the planned itinerary, standard beverages, snacks, fruit, charcuterie, and available watertoys (weather permitting). The yacht is insured against specific risks related to charter activities, but damage caused by the client or their guests will incur additional costs. Custom client requests or itinerary changes may result in extra charges, especially if fuel needs increase. Cancellations If a client cancels: - More than a month before: 20% of the total fee applies. - Within 7 days: 50%. - Within 48 hours: 100% (non-refundable). Safety and Boat Rules - A maximum of 12 guests is allowed; exceeding this voids the contract without reimbursement. - Extra hours will be charged at 10% of the booking price per hour. - Usage of watertoys is restricted based on weather, and individuals with specific health issues or who are pregnant are advised against using them. For minors, usage is allowed under parental responsibility. Weather and Force Majeure - Weather calls are at the captain’s discretion. If the weather cancels the trip, rescheduling or a full refund (less credit card fees) is provided if rescheduling is impossible. - For force majeure events, the owner is not liable for delays or cancellations. Jurisdiction and Acceptance The contract is governed by international maritime law under Marseille's jurisdiction, and signing indicates full acceptance of terms.
