Customers will receive a full refund or credit if canceled 3 days/72 hours prior to departure date. Cancellation must be made by email. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. The Captain will make the final decision to cancel the tour one half hour prior to departure and this is based on the weather. No-shows will be charged the full price.
