Important Policies & Guidelines To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests, please review the following before booking: Weather Cancellations - Safety is our top priority. If weather or sea conditions are unsafe, we may reschedule or cancel your trip. - In case of a weather-related cancellation, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Late Arrivals & No-Shows - Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled departure. - Late arrivals of more than 45 minutes may result in a shortened trip or cancellation without refund. - No-shows will be charged the full booking amount. Safety First - All guests must follow the captain's instructions at all times. - The captain reserves the right to return to port or refuse service if guest behavior becomes unsafe. Boat Rules - No illegal substances or excessive intoxication allowed. - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. - Please respect the vessel, equipment, and fellow passengers. Deposits & Cancellations - Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. - Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable unless due to weather.
