 Refunds will not be given if weather is cloudy, windy, sprinkling, chance of rain or cold the morning of reservation. We are not responsible for the weather. So please watch the weather prior to your trip. No fishing, smoking, grilling, pets, or use of fire works. Renters are responsible to keep the boat clean and to treat it as if it was their own. Driver of the boat must abide by the laws of alcohol consumption. No one under the age of 21 is allowed to consume alcohol while on the pontoon. Renters should arrive a half hour before their trip to go over the condition of the boat, safety, and other rules. Renters are considered a no-show one half hour after their rented time slot and will not be refunded. The renter must sign a waiver before heading out and is responsible for everyone on the boat. An additional charge of 50$ per half hour late will be applied when returning the boat. Special accommodations can be discussed prior to the day of your trip like times, coolers, ice etc. A checklist of all safety and other items provided will be discussed prior to leaving. Prior to returning from your trip, the gas must be filled back to full or a 125$ fee will be added.(Marina location will be provided) Renters are encouraged to be familiar with the rules of the water while boating and download Navionics boating app for free. We are very flexible and will try to meet your specifics needs prior to going out. Note* Must be 26 years of age to rent this pontoon.
