Arrival & Meeting Instructions Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and a brief safety orientation. The meeting point is Pierce Island, Portsmouth, NH. Once on Pierce Island, proceed to the public boat launch / dock area. Our team will be waiting near the dock with the jet skis and will assist you upon arrival. If you have any trouble finding us, please contact us before your scheduled start time so we can guide you directly. Rental Terms - Weather Policy: Rentals may be canceled or rescheduled in case of severe weather or unsafe water conditions. Safety is our top priority. - Late or No-Show: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced rental time. No-shows will forfeit the rental fee. - Safety Rules: All riders must wear a US Coast Guard-approved life jacket at all times and follow all instructions provided by our staff. - Equipment: safety kits, and equipment are included. Riders are responsible for any damage to the jet skis during the rental period.
