Boat Charter Policies & Guidelines Arrivals & Departures - Please arrive 15 minutes early for boarding. - Charters depart on time. Late arrivals will shorten your trip, and no-shows are non-refundable. - If we depart later than scheduled due to unforeseen circumstances or mechanical issues with the boat, that lost time will be added to the end of your tour. Weather Policy - Safety comes first! Florida weather can change fast. If conditions are unsafe, charters may be rescheduled or refunded at the captain’s discretion. Safety & Captain’s Rules Please follow the captain and crew’s instructions at all times. - Life jackets are provided and must be worn if required. - Swimming/diving only when approved by the captain and conditions are safe. - Toilet Rule: Only liquids in the toilet—no paper or other items. Use the trash provided. Food & Drinks - Guests are welcome to bring food and drinks, including bottles. - Please drink responsibly. Intoxicated or disruptive behavior may end the trip without refund. Kids Onboard - Children are welcome but must be supervised by an adult at all times. Cancellations - Guest cancellations within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable.
