TERMS & CONDITIONS Participant Conduct All participants are required to follow the instructions of the tour guide, boat crew, and park rangers at all times to ensure safety and compliance with local regulations. Equipment Preparation Please inform your shoe size in advance to allow proper preparation of snorkeling equipment prior to departure. Tour Type Private Tour: The boat will be reserved exclusively for your group. Hotel Pick-Up Information If you request hotel pick-up service, please provide your hotel name, room number, and any relevant details in the Additional Booking Info section before confirming your payment. Itinerary Adjustments The itinerary may be subject to change due to external factors such as weather conditions, sea currents, port regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the operator’s control. Service Modifications Inclusions and services listed in the tour package may vary depending on availability. The tour operator reserves the right to substitute with equivalent alternatives when necessary. National Park Regulations Participants must comply with all Komodo National Park rules, including environmental protection, wildlife safety, and drone operation policies (if applicable). Liability & Safety Guest safety and satisfaction remain the top priority throughout the trip. The operator is not liable for personal losses, injuries, or delays caused by conditions beyond operational control. Travel insurance covering water-based activities is highly recommended. Weather Policy Trips may be rescheduled or canceled due to unsafe weather or sea conditions. In the event of cancellation caused by weather or port closure, guests will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund, in accordance with the operator’s policy. Weather-related decisions are made for passenger safety and are final. Late Arrival & No-Show Policy Guests must be ready for pick-up at the confirmed time. Late arrivals beyond 30 minutes of departure may result in trip cancellation without refund, as boat schedules are strictly managed. No-show bookings (failure to arrive without notice) are non-refundable. Boat Rules & Safety Conduct Guests must wear life jackets when instructed by the crew. Smoking is not allowed in cabin or enclosed areas. Alcohol consumption should be moderate; unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in early termination of the trip. Please help maintain cleanliness by not throwing trash into the sea. Guests must respect other passengers, the crew, and marine life at all times. Operator Rights The operator reserves the right to refuse service or disembark any passenger who violates safety rules, behaves irresponsibly, or endangers others during the trip.
