We closely monitor weather conditions, and if the trip needs to be cancelled, we will promptly notify you. In the event of cancellation by us, a full refund of the booking fee will be issued. Cancellation fees are applicable as follows: 30% of the charter fee for cancellations made 7 days prior to the scheduled departure date, 50% for cancellations made 3 days prior, and 100% for cancellations made on or after the day before departure.
