Important Booking Policies All charters are operated with safety and guest comfort as top priorities. In case of severe weather conditions that may affect safety, the captain reserves the right to adjust the route, delay departure, or reschedule the booking. If cruising is not possible due to unsafe conditions, alternative arrangements or rescheduling will be offered whenever possible. Guests are requested to arrive on time for departure. Late arrivals may result in shortened cruising time, as the end time must be respected. No-shows are considered a used booking and are non-refundable. Safety equipment is provided onboard and a safety briefing will be given before departure. Guests must follow the captain’s instructions at all times. The yacht is operated by a professional skipper, and swimming stops are only allowed when conditions permit and at the captain’s discretion. Smoking is not permitted inside the yacht. Responsible alcohol consumption is allowed; however, intoxicated behaviour that compromises safety is not accepted. The yacht is treated with care and respect. Shoes may be removed onboard depending on conditions, and guests are asked to avoid bringing sharp objects or anything that could damage the yacht.
