The additional cost of this insurance is $200 USD. This measure has been taken due to recent accidents in our waters, with the goal of providing greater coverage and safety. The insurance covers all liability, as the contract signatory will be responsible for the boat and its crew during the rental period. Had a great time on Jimmy's boat! After some initial trepidation coming from some communication delay and having to change to embarkation point after we arrived, we had a GREAT time. The captain and his first mate were first rate, the boat was in good shape and the pricing was reasonable. This rental was a lot of fun and very reasonable for the size of the boat. 10 out of 10 would recommend, just be aware that Jimmy may be using a captain and you have to wait for that individual to reach out, which for us caused a little anxiety at first as this was our first time renting with Jimmy,we did not know what to expect, and we finally heard from the captain a little closer to the time of rental than we would have liked. Additionally, understand that pick ups on the Miami River have to be a little stealthy as most places that are open (without dock fees) are patrolled to prevent folks from using them (Because why not, right?) . Hence we arrived at the arranged pick up spot, we parked, unloaded the car, then had to watch as the boat was told by a security guard it had to leave. We had to find another spot at a different place on the other side of the river to actually board. Cue second anxiety attack lol. That said, once we loaded the boat was great (clean and safe), captain was great, first mate was great. They took us to the bay to chill, we flagged down jet skis and hoped on those, drank, floated on the water, and just all around made merry. My recommendation would be try to stay Zen; it's a boat trip, it's supposed to be fun, and it will be if you are able to be flexible when need be. Again, I would definitely recommend Jimmy's boat!

Jimmy took us out for a night cruise for our anniversary. Everything was perfect. Booking was easy, we left and returned on time and I would definitely recommend his services.

Free cancellation up to 5 days before your trip.

🚤 Cancellation & Refund Policy A full refund will be issued if the cancellation is due to unsafe weather conditions or mechanical issues before departure. All boats and Jet Skis are delivered in perfect working condition. Any damage occurring after delivery is the full responsibility of the renter and no refund of money or deposit will be issued in such cases. For cancellations due to personal reasons, please provide at least 5 days advance notice. Deposit Policy The deposit is refundable if the cancellation is made at least 3 weeks before the rental date. Weather-Based Cancellations (100% Refund Applies If): Based strictly on the Google Weather App for Miami Beach location: - 🌧️ 80% or higher chance of rain (average during your rental period) - 💨 Winds of 25 mph or higher (average during your rental period) - ⛈️ Unsafe conditions such as storms, strong winds, heavy rain, or severe thunderstorms Date Postponement The rental date may be rescheduled if requested at least 1 week in advance, subject to availability. Other Situations Any other circumstance not listed above will require mutual agreement between both parties on fair terms.
