Beginner Scuba Diving Lesson in Cork

We will be doing a "Discover Scuba Diving" (DSD) experience together. A DSD experience lasts approximately 3 hours and begins with a bit of light theory (in the dive mobile!), followed by skills practice in the shallows and a fun dive to practice skills! Firstly. we will meet at Fountainstown beach, which is a 30 minute drive south of Cork City. Next we will make the short journey to one of the spectacular bays surrounding the area and have 'class on the beach', learning about scuba diving & local marine wildlife. Next, the real fun starts! Once geared up, we will enter the shallows and practice some of the basic skills needed for scuba diving. It will all be completed at your own pace in both a relaxed and safe manor. Then, it is time to put those skills into practice, as we go on a fun dive around the sheltered bay. This is not only your opportunity to try out your new skills, but is also a chance to see local marine life and immerse yourself in the underwater landscape, with your experienced instructor by your side. Your PADI instructor is fully licenced & insured, with many years experience.
