Cancellation due to Weather: Safety is our utmost priority. In the event of inclement weather (heavy rain, thunderstorms, high winds), we reserve the right to cancel a booking. Customers will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. Late or No-show Bookings: Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled booking. Late arrivals may lead to shortened rental periods to accommodate subsequent reservations. If you are unable to make your scheduled booking, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows without prior notification may be subject to a cancellation fee. Safety Considerations: The boat comes fully equipped with all necessary safety gear and life jackets must be worn at all times by children under the age of 12 or by any non-swimmers. A brief safety orientation will be conducted before every rental. Boat Rules: Respectful behavior is expected at all times. No excessive noise, littering, or unsafe behavior will be tolerated. Renter is responsible for any damage to the boat during the rental period. Lake Rules: As per community regulations, all boats must travel in a counterclockwise direction on the lake. Additionally, idling speed (no wake) must be observed around buoys or whenever the security raises the red no-wake flag. Compliance with these rules is mandatory for the safety and enjoyment of all lake users. Please be aware that these policies are in place for the safety, enjoyment, and well-being of all members and guests. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to these rules.
