The Charter Activity total amount will be refunded in case of adverse weather conditions. In case of Customer’s cancellation, we will refund according to the % listed as follow: - 70% of the charter activity amount: Cancellation within 30 days prior to departure. - 50% of the charter activity amount: Cancellation between 15 and 29 days prior to departure. - 30% of the charter activity amount: Cancellation between 3 and 14 days prior to departure. - Failure on the activity day, will NOT give any right to be refunded
