Terms of Agreement: Owner agrees to charter the boat/jet ski to the Charterer for the specified duration. Charterer agrees to use the vessel responsibly, adhering to all laws and regulations. Weather-Related Refunds & Rescheduling: In case of inclement weather conditions deemed unsafe for charter by the Owner or appropriate authorities, the Charterer may: a. Reschedule the charter to another available date without any additional charges. b. Cancel the booking and receive a full refund of the charter fee. Decision on weather conditions and their implications will rest with the Owner. Custom Cancellation Policy: Standard Cancellation: For cancellations made more than 72 hours before the start date, 90% of the charter fee will be refunded. The remainder covers administrative costs. Short-Notice Cancellation: For cancellations made within 72 hours of the start date, 50% of the charter fee will be forfeited. Weather-Related Cancellation: As detailed in section 2. Each boat/jet ski listing may have specific cancellation policies. Charterers are advised to read and understand these before booking. Damages: Charterer is responsible for any damages outside of regular wear and tear. Liability: Charterer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner from any claims arising from the charterer's use.
