Captain was late to pickup but the host rectified this issue. And Captain Paul made up for the late start via the overall experience. Had so much fun! Our plans for the trip were changed but not ruined by the rain. Extremely satisfied with experience and would book again.

What a great experience renting this pontoon from Captain. He was very accommodating to my family's needs for schedule and pick up location. He went above and beyond for sure. Communication was pretty much perfect. He checked in on us a few times but never too much. The boat was as advertised and worked perfectly for the two days that we had it. It was really a fantastic couple of days with great memories made with my family exploring Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Price was fair. I would rent a pontoon again from Captain with zero hesitation. In fact, we likely will again in the near future.

Cancellation Notice: - Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance of your scheduled rental time for a full refund. - Cancellations made within 72 hours of the rental start time are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total rental cost. 2. Weather-Related Cancellations: - Safety is our top priority. If inclement weather conditions are deemed unsafe by our staff, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your rental at no charge. - Weather-related cancellations made by customers due to personal discomfort or concerns about weather conditions must still adhere to the standard cancellation policy. 3. No Show Policy: - If you fail to arrive for your scheduled rental (a "no-show"), you will be charged the full rental fee, and no refunds will be provided. - Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled rental time to ensure a timely departure.
