Rental Terms & Policies Qualified Operator Provided Due to local regulations and boat ID laws on Folsom Lake, a certified member of our crew will accompany each booking. This ensures a smoother, safer, and stress-free experience for all guests. Weather & Cancellation Policy Your safety is our priority. If conditions are unsafe due to lightning, high winds, or lake closures, we’ll offer to reschedule or provide a full refund. Light rain or overcast conditions do not qualify for weather-related cancellation. Arrival, Late Arrivals & No-Shows Please arrive 15 minutes early for orientation and safety briefing. We allow a 30-minute grace period from the start of your booking. Arrivals beyond that may result in shortened time or forfeiture without refund. No-shows are non-refundable. Safety Requirements - Life jackets are provided and required for all passengers under 13 and strongly encouraged for all while underway. - Alcohol consumption is allowed in moderation. Any sign of excessive intoxication will result in termination of the rental without refund. - Absolutely no drugs (including marijuana) permitted aboard — zero tolerance. Boat Rules - No smoking or vaping on board. - No glass containers allowed. - Pets are not permitted. - Shoes off policy encouraged to protect boat surfaces. - Damage to the boat, upholstery, or gear will result in fees charged to the booking party.
