Renter must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license. A valid boater's license may be required, depending on state laws. All passengers must wear life jackets (provided). 2. Usage Rules: No alcohol or drugs while operating the watercraft. Operator must stay within designated operating areas. Do not beach or tow other vessels unless previously approved. No reckless driving, racing, or jumping waves. 3. Fuel Policy: Rental includes a full tank. Renter must return with a full tank. 4. Late Return Policy: Late returns will incur a $50 per 30 minutes late fee. 5. Damage & Responsibility: Renter is fully responsible for any damage, lost equipment (cooler, GPS, anchor, etc.), or violations during the rental. A security deposit hold of $750 will be placed and released after inspection, assuming no issues. 6. Weather & Cancellations: If unsafe weather (heavy rain, lightning, strong wind) is forecasted, we’ll work with you to reschedule or refund.
