Tide Explorer – Boat Rental Terms & Conditions Thank you for choosing the Tide Explorer. To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful experience for all parties, the following terms and conditions apply to all rentals: 1. Captain & Crew - The boat will be rented with a licensed captain and trained crew. - Food arrangements for the crew must be discussed and agreed upon in advance between both parties. 2. Travel Distance Limit - The rental price includes up to 80 nautical miles of travel per day. - Any travel beyond 80 miles will be subject to additional fuel and operational charges, calculated per mile. 3. Night Travel Restriction - For the safety of passengers, crew, and the vessel, night travel is strictly discouraged and will only be considered under special conditions, subject to weather and captain’s discretion. 4. Onboard Conduct To maintain the cleanliness and integrity of the vessel: - No food or drink spillage is allowed. - No alcohol is permitted onboard. - No smoking is allowed near the engine or fuel storage areas. - Guests are expected to keep the boat clean and treat all equipment and furnishings with care. 5. Legal Compliance - All guests must respect and comply with the laws and regulations of the Maldives at all times while aboard the vessel. 6. Cancellation Bad weather & mechanical issue cancellation, customer will be refunded with deposit. Cancellation by customer, deposit will not be refunded. By confirming your booking, you agree to adhere to these terms. Failure to comply may result in early termination of the trip without refund.
