Fuel is not included. The boat will be given to you at a full tank and charged based on usage within 48 hours of your return. A temporary boaters education course approved by the FWC is required. The renter is responsible to prove that s/he passed the test prior to departure and provide a corresponding ID. Not having the boating safety completed will lead to cancelation with no refund. If you have a regular boaters license, please bring that and a corresponding ID.  Any instance of running aground, striking bottom or prop contact with sand/ reef will incur a minimum $150 fee, due to mechanical wear. Additional damage will be billed accordingly. Add ons: - Snorkel gear- $12 per set (up to 5) - Tubing- $80 per booking - Floating mat - $50 per booking - Pet - $80 per pet (up to 2) - Towels - $3 per set Weather policy: In case of unsafe weather, we will cancel your booking with the option for a full refund or reschedule. No show bookings will be charged in full, unless previously agreed upon plan change. Arriving 45 minutes past scheduled departure time will result in cancellation without refund. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time for the mandatory check in/ safety walkthrough. Extra time will not be allotted due to late arrivals. The boat is for intercoastal usage only- an $80 fee will be charged if brought out of permitted areas. A $30 cleaning fee will be charged if excessive cleaning is required. All children must have an age appropriate life jacket. Children’s life jackets will be provided upon request- with at least 2 hour notice of booking start time.  No pets allowed on board- unless previously agreed upon. No red wine aboard to protect cushions Please do not use the head. Most importantly, have fun!
