•Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the charter date are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. •Charters may be rescheduled up to 3 days prior to the scheduled date at no additional charge. •Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 3 days of the charter are considered a forfeiture of the deposit. However, we are happy to offer a discounted rate on a future rescheduled charter as a courtesy. Yacht Rules: 13 guest MAX, no exceptions No shoes on board No jumping in the water w/o captain permission No red wine No smoking on the interior of the yacht No entry down stairs if wet No toilet paper in the toilet No pets allowed All children under 7 years old of age must wear a life vest that’s fitted to the child (provided by charterer) Your charter time starts at the exact time you reserved. Please be timely. If you are late to the boat please be aware it’s your time and will be subjected to extra charges for extra time if available.
