Important Policies & Guidelines - Weather Cancellations: If unsafe weather conditions (lightning, high winds, etc.) prevent safe use of the jet ski, you’ll receive a full refund or be offered to reschedule. - Late Arrivals/No-Shows: Rentals start at the scheduled time. Arriving more than 30 minutes late without notice may result in cancellation with no refund. - Safety Requirements: All riders must wear life jackets (provided). No riding under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Driver must be 18+. - Fuel Policy: Jet ski comes with a full tank. Each gallon used will be charged at a rate of $5 per gallon - Lake Use Only: Jet ski is permitted for Big Bear Lake use only — no exceptions. - Towing Responsibility: If towing yourself, you must have a proper hitch and trailer experience.
