Rental Terms / Policies - Weather & Sea Conditions: Safety first. If conditions are unsafe (high winds, storms, small craft advisory, etc.), we may delay, adjust the itinerary, or reschedule. If we cancel due to weather/safety, you can reschedule or receive a full refund. Light rain usually does not cancel trips. - Guest Cancellations: Cancellations must be made in writing through GetMyBoat messaging. Last-minute cancellations may be non-refundable depending on notice and calendar availability. We will always try to rebook your date; if we successfully rebook, we’ll work with you on a credit/reschedule. - Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Please arrive 15–20 minutes early. Late arrivals do not extend the trip time. No-shows or extremely late arrivals may be treated as a cancellation and may be non-refundable. - Safety & Captain’s Authority: The captain has final say on routes, speed, and activities based on weather and passenger safety. We may return early if needed for safety—no refunds for conditions beyond our control once underway. - Passenger Limits: Capacity is strictly enforced. No extra guests beyond what is booked/approved. - Rules Onboard: No illegal drugs. Responsible alcohol permitted (no glass bottles). No smoking in the seating areas (ask for designated spot if needed). Guests are responsible for damage caused by negligence. - What to Bring: Sunscreen (spray preferred), towels, hats, sunglasses, snacks/lunch, and beverages. - Gratuity: Gratuity is not included and is appreciated (industry standard 15–20%).
