The overall experience once we got on the boat was great. But leading up to it was very frustrating. I will say it was my first time chartering a boat so maybe there were things I just didn’t know. But it was hard to get the final details and then when we arrived the boat manager tried to charge us extra money. He was very nasty and rude! And told us If we didn’t like it we didn’t have to get on the boat. Alejandra herself is very nice however.
