BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICYBOOKING REQUIREMENTS * All bookings must be made via email / Facebook - Bookings over the phone must be confirmed via email / Facebook. * All bookings must have a deposit of 50% made at least 7 days before tour date for the date to be guaranteed. * Less than 7 days, deposit is required the day you book. * Bookings without deposits will NOT be guaranteed, and could be cancelled at any time, for any reason. * Any changes to bookings should be made no later than 48 hours before the tour date. * Any changes must have deposit or paid in full at time of change, or no later than 48 hours before tour date. * Changes made later than 48 hours before tour date, cannot be guaranteed. We will do out best, but no guarantee. * Payment will only be accepted through PayPal, G-Cash, Credit Card via PayPal, Cash Pick Up, and Direct Deposit into a BDO bank account. * Balance in full will be due when picked up the morning of the trip. Not after the trip. Balance must be in cash, and exact amount due. If you wish to pay the balance on your credit card or PayPal, that must be done the day before the trip, NOT the day of. Anyone without the balance due on pick up, we will cancel the trip, and your will forfeit your deposit. * A 4% processing fee will be charged to all Credit Card, and PayPal transactions. * No checks are accepted. CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY CANCELLATIONS * We do not accept cancellations for any reason. If you cancel your deposit will be forfeited. * If for the rare occurrence that we do accept your cancellation, you would receive all full refund minus any transfer fees. * If you have to cancel and reschedule a booking, a rescheduling fee of 25% will be charged. We cannot guarantee re scheduling dates, but will do our best. REFUNDS * Bad weather, rain does not constitute a refund. * We will only cancel a tour due to weather, if the coast guard has issued a "no trip" policy for your tour date. In this case you would be refunded your deposit, or any monies paid on behalf of your account. If a no trip is not issued by the coast guard, it will be considered safe to travel. * If for any other reason, as fault on our part, that we cannot deliver the boat or trip promised. You would be entitled to a full refund of your deposit, or any monies paid on behalf of your account. * For any other reason, we do not refund deposits. We will take a look at each situation with care, and try our best to take each case by case in consideration, BUT, the general policy is no refunds. * All refunds will be the total amount paid less any transfer fees.
