No exceptions - Guests may bring food, beverages, and alcohol. No red wine or staining foods (to protect upholstery) - Guests bring their towels - All required safety equipment per U.S. Coast Guard regulations - Licensed and insured operator - No smoking inside, will be only allowed in designated areas on deck. -No shoes on board. ✔︎TERMS & CONDITIONS -This is a Recreational Bareboat Charter  -Charters are operated within the Intracoastal Waterway at idle speed.  -20% gratuity for the Captain and Crew, based on your charter grand total, is additional and optional and can be paid in cash/zelle -Additional hours, if available, may be added at $299 per hour plus tax. -Excessive mess, trash, or damage may incur a cleaning or damage fee.
