No exceptions - Guests may bring food, beverages, and alcohol. No red wine or staining foods (to protect upholstery) - Guests bring their towels - All required safety equipment per U.S. Coast Guard regulations - Licensed and insured operator - No smoking inside, will be only allowed in designated areas on deck. - No shoes on board.   ✔︎TERMS & CONDITIONS - This is a Recreational Bareboat Charter  - Charters are operated within the Intracoastal Waterway at idle speed.  - % gratuity for the Captain and Crew, based on your charter grand total, is additional and optional and can be paid in cash/zelle directly to them. - Additional hours, if available, may be added at a fee per hour plus tax. - Excessive mess, trash, or damage may incur a cleaning or damage fee.
