By booking and boarding the Hurricane Sundeck, the renter and all guests agree to the following terms: - The renter is responsible for ensuring all passengers follow the captain’s instructions and all safety rules while on board. - No illegal drugs, unlawful activity, reckless operation, or unsafe behavior will be permitted on the vessel at any time. - Excessive intoxication, disorderly conduct, fighting, or behavior that may endanger passengers, the vessel, or others may result in the immediate termination of the rental without refund. - The renter is financially responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their guests beyond normal wear and tear. - All passengers participate in the rental and any water activities at their own risk. The vessel owner, operator, and crew are not liable for injuries, accidents, loss, theft, or damage to personal property, except where required by law. - The rental period begins at the scheduled reservation time and ends at the agreed-upon return time. Late arrivals may result in reduced rental time and will not be refunded or extended. - The captain or rental operator reserves the right to cancel, delay, or terminate the rental due to unsafe weather, mechanical issues, Coast Guard restrictions, or any situation that could compromise safety. - No smoking is permitted inside the vessel cabin. The renter may be charged additional cleaning or repair fees for excessive messes, stains, burns, or damage caused by any passenger. - The renter acknowledges that boating involves inherent risks and voluntarily assumes those risks for themselves and their guests. - Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled rental time are non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental may be eligible for rescheduling or a refund in accordance with the company’s booking policy. - By booking and boarding the Hurricane Sundeck, the renter confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
