Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 15 days before your trip.

Additional Terms & Information

If we receive a Cancelation request 15 days before the scheduled date, we will issue a 50% Refund. If the Weather doesn't allow for Boating ,you will be granted a Re-schedule. You will never loose your deposit for Bad weather with us. We will always re schedule you for Storms, thundering and bad Weather over all. All No shows will be viewed as Cancelation without notice ,and or without reasons and the full price amount of the booking will be forfeited without re-scheduling or refunds. We have a list of independent Captains. The Captain will will meet you on the boat the date and hour of your reservation. The Flat Fee of $200.00 will be paid to them in CASH on the Dock before the Boat departs.
