Renter Requirements - Primary renter must be at least 25 years old. - Valid government-issued photo ID required. - Renter is responsible for all guests on board. Capacity - Maximum passenger capacity must not exceed the limit specified by the manufacturer and U.S. Coast Guard regulations. Check-In / Check-Out - Rental period begins and ends at the agreed scheduled times. - Late returns may be subject to additional charges. - Boat must be returned in the same condition as received. Fuel - Fuel is not included unless otherwise specified. - Fuel charges will be calculated based on usage and deducted from the security deposit or charged separately. Security Deposit - A security deposit is required before departure. - The deposit may be used to cover damages, excessive cleaning, lost equipment, fuel charges, or late return fees. Prohibited Activities - No smoking on board. - No illegal drugs. - No towing of tubes, skis, or other water sports equipment unless specifically authorized. - No operation under the influence of alcohol or drugs. - No reckless or unsafe operation of the vessel. Weather Policy - Rentals may be rescheduled due to severe weather conditions at the owner's discretion. - Light rain or cloudy conditions do not automatically qualify for cancellation. Damage Responsibility - Renter is financially responsible for any damage caused during the rental period that is not covered by applicable insurance. - Any accident, grounding, collision, or equipment malfunction must be reported immediately. Cleaning - Excessive cleaning fees may apply if the boat is returned in an unusually dirty condition. Restricted Areas - Travel outside approved operating areas is prohibited without prior written approval. - Beaching the vessel is prohibited unless specifically authorized. Safety - All passengers must comply with safety instructions provided before departure. - Life jackets and required safety equipment must remain onboard at all times. Cancellation Policy - Cancellations made more than 7 days before departure receive a full refund. - Cancellations made within 7 days of departure may be subject to cancellation fees. - No-shows are non-refundable. Owner's Right to Cancel - Owner reserves the right to cancel the rental due to unsafe weather conditions, mechanical issues, safety concerns, or violation of rental policies. By booking and boarding the vessel, the renter acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
