Weather Cancellations: Safety is our top priority. If port authorities close the harbor or weather conditions (high winds, severe storms, etc.) are deemed unsafe for navigation by our Captain, you will have the option to reschedule your booking for another available date at no extra cost, or receive a full refund. Cancellations under this policy must be initiated by our team or maritime authorities. Customer Cancellations: - More than 4 days in advance: 100% refund - Less than 24 hours or no-show: no refund Note: Cancellations must be communicated in writing (via platform message). Delays / No-Show: Please arrive at the meeting point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. A 20-minute courtesy period applies for delays. After this time, any lost time will be deducted from your rental duration. No-shows without prior notice will be considered a canceled booking with no refund. Onboard Rules & Safety: - The Captain has final authority over the safety of the vessel and passengers. - All safety instructions provided by the crew must be followed. - Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited on board. Violation will result in immediate termination of the charter without refund. - Unlimited alcohol for “open bar” events is not allowed. If you wish to bring your own alcohol, please consult with us in advance. - Any damage to the yacht or its equipment caused by negligence or misuse by the client or guests will be the client’s responsibility. Cleanliness: We ask that you keep the yacht tidy during your trip. The yacht should be returned in a reasonable state of cleanliness.
